Recognition and lots more

Battle of the Books

I want to thank the wonderful 8th grade team, The Dittos, for bringing the battle trophy back to Hilsman for the 4th year in a row…..
The Dittos are: Erica Carlson, Anise Crane, Morgan Smith, Cathy Deng, and Rae Kretzer.
These young ladies were so awesome! They kept their cool through some tough questions, and even challenged a question with success. I am so proud of this team! I will miss them next year!!!
Congratulate these students when you see them (from CeCe Layson)

Oratorical winner

Asher Hill, a 7th grader, placed 2nd at the district level of the
Optimist Oratorical Contest.
